Return Policy
1. Store Credit for Returns:

Every return qualifies for store credit, except for items specifically marked as non-returnable.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a HOT MIAMI STYLES gift card.

Please note that original shipping costs are not qualified for store credit.
2. Exceptions for Refunds:
While we primarily offer store credit, refunds to the original form of payment are provided ONLY in these specific cases:
o If HOT MIAMI STYLES cancels your order.
o If an item is sold out after your order is placed.
o If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. For gift card purchases, the refund is immediate.

There are no cash refunds.

Please note original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Return Window:
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. 4. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
Gowns
Sale items
Accessories
Undergarments, including lingerie, swimwear, and bodysuits.
5. Return Requirements:
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
o Sent back within 14 business days of receipt.
o In its original packaging, unused, without any makeup or deodorant stains,
or odors.
o All sets must be returned as a set.
o Accompanied by the completed return form.
o We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return.
6. Shipping for Returns:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items to HOT MIAMI STYLES.
7. Processing Your Return:

Returns are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your items.

You will receive an email notification once your return is complete.
